Who We Are · Who We Are · Who We Are · Who We Are
Communauté de Nation de Christ pour l’Évangélisation de toute Langue (CNCEL) is a Christ-centered, multicultural church committed to proclaiming the Gospel to all nations. Founded through the ministry of Pastor Anaclet Kalengayi in 1990 in the Democratic Republic of Congo and established in Canada in 2010, CNCEL serves as a spiritual home where believers from every background are equipped, transformed, and united in the mission of Christ.
Our Vision
To see Christ exalted at the center of our community, knowing that “without Him we can do nothing” (John 15:5).
- A united and loving community where each member is valued and accountable.
- A spiritually growing assembly grounded in obedience to the Word of God.
- A multiplying church where discipleship, leadership, and ministries flourish.
- An environment where newcomers are welcomed and integrated through genuine fellowship.
“This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
1 Timothy 2:3-4
Our Values
Biblical Authority: The Word of God is our final standard (2 Timothy 3:16).

Our Purpose
CNCEL exists to glorify Jesus Christ by preaching the Gospel, making disciples, and forming a Spirit-led community that transforms lives, builds families, and impacts nations with the power and love of God.
